家长教育期望中的“罗森塔尔效应”循环模型探析——基于CEPS的模型检验

【摘要】:文章以布罗菲和古德的期望效应五环节模式为基础,分析了教师期望与家长教育期望间作用过程的差异,构建了家长教育期望中的"罗森塔尔效应"实现机制的四环节模式及作用过程图形化循环模型,并应用CEPS数据对模型进行检验;认为理解并分析家长教育期望的作用过程机理有助于诊断和改进家长对子女的行为方式,进而帮助提高子女的学习成绩。
[Abstract]:Based on the five-link model of expectation effect of Brofield and Goodall, this paper analyzes the difference between teachers' expectation and parents' educational expectation. This paper constructs a four-link model of the "Rosenthal effect" realization mechanism in the expectation of parents' education and a graphical cycle model of the process of action, and uses CEPS data to test the model. It is suggested that understanding and analyzing the process mechanism of parents' educational expectation is helpful to diagnose and improve parents' behavior towards their children, and then to improve their academic achievement.
