现代职业教育体系下企业办学实施路径及保障机制研究

【摘要】:当前我国企业办学数量极少,而且存在着办学动力不足、师资短缺、国家政策支持匮乏、法律地位与法人财产权模糊、企业经营性与教育公益性存在矛盾等诸多问题。为推动企业办学的良性发展,必须多部门联合,协同推进,通过分类管理,按需设校,开展多种形式的联合办学,走特色发展之路。同时,要加强相关法制制度建设、完善激励机制、破除师资管理上的"二元化"问题,建立不同办学主体的交流合作机制和企业办学的内外监管机制等保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of enterprises in our country is very small, and there are many problems such as lack of motive force, shortage of teachers, lack of state policy support, ambiguity of legal status and property rights of legal person, contradiction between enterprise management and public welfare of education and so on. In order to promote the healthy development of the enterprise running a school, it is necessary to unite and cooperate in various departments, set up schools according to the needs, carry out various forms of joint running schools, and take the road of characteristic development through classified management. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of relevant legal system, perfect the incentive mechanism, break down the "dualism" problem in the management of teachers, establish the exchange and cooperation mechanism of different main bodies of running a school, and establish the internal and external supervision mechanism of running a school for different enterprises, and so on.
