基于SECI模型的社区教育教师学习机制构建

【摘要】:社区教育作为社会继续教育重要的构成,在社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。社区教育机构教师资源是社区教育质量的决定因素,是社区教育社会功能发挥的关键所在。基于SECI知识管理模型探讨教师队伍人才培养及学习机制构建,对社区教育发展具有重要的现实意义。本文从分析SECI模型的本质内涵及与社区教育的联结点出发,提出了社区教育教师学习机制的构建策略,以期对社区教育发展中教师的专业成长与实践提升提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:As an important component of social continuing education, community education plays a more and more important role in the development of social economy. The teacher resource of community education institution is the decisive factor of community education quality and the key of community education social function. Based on the knowledge management model of SECI, it is of great practical significance to explore the cultivation of talents and the construction of learning mechanism for the development of community education. Based on the analysis of the essential connotation of SECI model and its connection with community education, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of learning mechanism of community education teachers, in order to provide useful reference for teachers' professional growth and practical promotion in the development of community education.
