基于钻石理论的成人教育招生困境研究及对策探索——以江西省为例

【摘要】：成人教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,为经济社会发展培养了大批知识全面、经验丰富、技能过硬的劳动者。但目前由于生源持续萎缩,成人高校面临生存发展的巨大挑战。本研究通过对江西省内成人高校进行调研,了解目前成人教育生源困境的真实状况,通过钻石理论分析成人教育生源萎缩的原因,并提出应对策略。
[Abstract]:Adult education is an important part of education in our country. It has trained a large number of workers with comprehensive knowledge, rich experience and excellent skills for the development of economy and society. However, due to the continuous decline of students, adult colleges and universities are facing the enormous challenge of survival and development. Based on the investigation of adult colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, this study finds out the real situation of the current plight of adult education students, analyzes the causes of the decline of adult education students through diamond theory, and puts forward some countermeasures.
