高年级小学生和中学生家长对青少年子女开展性教育情况调查

【摘要】：目的了解学生家长开展性教育的情况,并探讨其影响因素,为更好地开展青少年性教育提供依据和建议。方法 2014年6—9月,选取杭州市某区的小学、初中和高中各2所,在小学四年级和五年级、初中一年级和二年级分别抽取1个班级,高中一年级抽取2个班级,纳入班级所有学生的家长,进行自填式问卷调查。结果共发放调查问卷550份,回收有效问卷483份。仅有36.65%的被调查家长表示主动对孩子进行过性与生殖健康相关的教育。多因素逐步Logistic回归显示,高中生家长提供过性教育的比例低于小学生家长(OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25~0.73);与父亲相比,母亲提供过性教育的比例较高(OR=2.08,95%CI:1.31~3.30),而且家庭人均月收入和孩子性别对家长是否开展性教育的情况有影响。结论家长主动对孩子开展性与生殖健康相关教育的情况不理想,亟需加强家长对性教育重要性的认识、提高相关知识水平和沟通技巧。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of sex education carried out by parents of students, and to explore its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence and suggestions for better development of sex education for adolescents. Methods from June to September 2014, two primary schools, two junior middle schools and two senior high schools in a district of Hangzhou were selected. One class was selected in the fourth and fifth grades of primary school, one class in the first grade and two classes in the first grade of senior high school. Parents who included all the students in the class conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey. Results A total of 550 questionnaires were sent out and 483 valid questionnaires were recovered. Only 36.65% of the surveyed parents said they took the initiative to educate their children about sexual and reproductive health. Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression showed that the proportion of high school students' parents who provided sex education was lower than that of primary school students' parents (OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25~0.73). Compared with fathers, mothers provide a higher proportion of sex education (OR=2.08,95%CI:1.31~3.30), and the per capita monthly income of the family and the sex of the child have an impact on whether parents have sex education. Conclusion parents' initiative to develop sexual and reproductive health-related education is not ideal, so it is urgent to strengthen parents' understanding of the importance of sex education and improve the level of relevant knowledge and communication skills.
