经济发展是挑战发达国家和发展中国家的主要问题,并且极大地影响着社会和货币条件。以这种方式找到解决或减少此问题影响的方法至关重要。技术和职业教育与培训（TVET）以及对经济发展更为重要的外国直接投资（FDI）都有多项承诺。同时,全球化使人力资本和技能开发变得更加重要。贸易壁垒的减少以及跨国公司（TNC）的国际贸易和外国直接投资（FDI）的激增,导致工人和企业需要在全球范围内具有竞争力。TVET和FDI已被证明是提高专业知识以及跨国公司的关键。它的组成部分集中于显性就业,它使人们能够确保与专业知识相关的职位或开始拥有业务。TVET和FDI通过改善劳动力,人力资本并提高业务率从而在一个国家的金融发展中发挥着重要作用。本文主要调查职业培训和外国直接投资对坦桑尼亚经济发展的影响。在分析过程中,使用了多元线性回归模型。在这项研究中,使用了普通最小二乘（OLS）估计技术来测试1985年至2018年的时间安排信息。结果显示,拟合R平方和F检验的模型优度分别为0.9726和0.0000,分别代表模型在澄清信息方面的普遍性。一般观点认为,政府支出和劳动力参与率对经济发展具有影响,多元线性回归模型结果表明,...
