This study was conducted to identify factors affecting low participation in adult literacy programs in rural areas of Laos.For this purpose,Saysomboun Province was selected for some reasons.First,the illiteracy rate is still low in the Anouvong district.Second,literacy programs offered show a low participation rate.The qualitative method was used to conduct this study.Data were collected by means of an interview guideline with opened questions.A total number of 20 adult learners who completed th...
