【摘要】：21世纪是科技迅猛发展的时代,是经济全球化、信息化的时代,中国的改革开放不断深入,社会主义市场经济繁荣向前。综合国力的重要因素是科学技术,综合国力竞争的关键要素是人才。人才是重要的战略资源,取得人才资源优势对综合国力起着无可比拟的作用,人才因素成为综合国力中具有决定意义的因素。人才队伍的重要部分是全面发展的高技能人才,他们是推动社会进步的重要力量。加强高技能人才的培养,对于不断提升我国综合国力具有重要而深远的意义。因此,只有优先发展教育,才能实现人才强国战略,才能从根本上提高公民的整体素质,增强综合国力。当今大学生处于各种思想和文化相互激荡的背景之中,大学生是未来社会主义建设的栋梁。在新的形势下,要使大学生成为全面发展的高素质复合型人才,很大程度上取决于高校人文素质培养工作水平的高低。教育是培养人才的基础,高校是人才培养的主要阵地。本文从对人文素质培养的内容和价值出发,阐述大学生人文素质培养的意义,分析高校学生人文素质培养的现状和原因,提出人文素质培养的对策建议和保障措施,为高校人文素质培养工作探索新的思路。在研究内容上,绪论部分主要介绍了文章的选题背景、研究目的和意义,同时,介绍了国内外关于人文素质培养的研究现状,最后阐述论文的相关研究思路、方法以及研究重点和创新点。大学生人文素质培养概述部分,论述人文素质的内涵、构成以及人文素质培养的内容和意义。分别介绍人文素质培养的四个方面内容：人文知识的培养、文化的培养、人类意识的培养、精神修养的培养。对人文素质培养的意义进行分析,在大学生的综合素质提高和自我实现方面以及在高校校园文化氛围和教学质量提升方面阐述人文素质培养的意义。大学生人文素质的缺失和原因分析部分,从六个方面对人文素质缺失现状进行分析：人文知识储备、价值取向、人文与专业素质比重、网络对学生的负面效应、正确道德观念、部分学生精神空虚。相应的挖掘出造成大学生人文素质现状的原因,分别从人文课程设置合理性、培养内容实效性等方面进行系统分析。人文素质缺失造成的不良后果直接影响人才整体素质的提高,使得大学生不能很好的适应时代发展的潮流,降低了大学生人生的追求标准。大学生人文素质培养的途径及作用部分,.从具体学科知识、先进文化理念、认识和实践的角度、重视人文精神在培养中的核心地位共四个方面总结了人文素质培养的途径。结合人文素质培养的途径指明人文素质培养的作用,分别从自然科学与人文社会科学关系、中国古代传统教育理论等视角分析人文素质培养的作用。大学生人文素质培养的对策与措施部分,论述具体的培养对策建议,从人文选修课程强化人文精神教育、凸显人文素质教育提高教师人文素养等方面来阐述对策和措施。结论部分,对大学生人文素质培养进行总体性概括,展望我国大学生人文素质培养的未来。在研究方法上,本文主要运用文献研究法、观察法、经验总结法等研究方法,通过调查人文素质方面的文献来获得资料,从而全面地、正确地了解掌握大学生人文素质问题的有关方面。深入到大学生当中去直接观察他们的人文素质状况,从而获得研究资料。通过研究过程中的具体情况,进行分析归纳,使前人关于人文素质培养的对策理论化、系统化,并且上升为经验。在研究成果上,总结了当前大学生人文素质的总体状况,分析了大学生人文素质缺失状况的原因和人文素质缺失的不良后果,探索了大学生人文素质培养的途径及作用,提出了大学生人文素质培养的对策建议和保障措施,并且得出了全文概括性的结论。
