【摘要】：大学生入党积极分子作为中国共产党的积极追随者,是党组织在大学生群体中发展党员的后备人选。由此,强化理想信念教育工作,引导他们树立坚定的马克思主义信仰和中国特色社会主义共同理想,不仅是做好发展党员工作的前提和基础,同时也是高校党组织建设的一项重要任务。本文以马克思主义理论为指导,以大学生入党积极分子为调查研究对象,试图深入剖析其理想信念存在的问题及产生问题的原因,进而提出具有针对性、实效性的改进策略。本文共分五部分:第一部分是前言,基于剖析本文的研究背景与研究意义,对国内外研究现状予以评述,阐述选题研究的方法与重难点,及论文创新点。第二部分是大学生入党积极分子理想信念教育的理论阐释,界定了相关核心概念,明确理想信念对于大学生入党积极分子人生发展的正向价值,阐释强化其理想信念教育的重要意义。第三部分和第四部分既是本文研究的难点,又是研究的重点,即依托问卷、访谈、座谈等方式,强化对大学生入党积极分子理想信念现状的全面研究,继而根据调查结果分析出存在的问题及其影响因素。第五部分是本文的落脚点和归宿,根据大学生入党积极分子理想信念存在的问题以及生成要素,提出了加强大学生入党积极分子理想信念教育的五项对策:“践行先进理念,增强教育的导向性”、“突出教育内容,提升教育的针对性”、“建立健全机制,强化教育的长效性”、“创新方式方法,增强教育的吸引力”、“加强规律研究,提高教育科学化水平”。
[Abstract]:College party activists as active followers of the Communist Party's candidate China, party organization development of Party members in college students. Therefore, strengthening the ideal and faith education, and guide them to establish the common ideal of socialism firm belief in Marxism and Marx Chinese characteristics, is not only the premise and foundation for the development of Party work, at the same time, it is also an important task the university party organization construction. Based on Marx theory as guidance, to college party activists as the object of study, trying to analyze the ideals and beliefs of the problems and the causes of the problems, and then puts forward the targeted strategies to improve effectiveness. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is preface, analysis the background and significance of this study based on a review of the current status of domestic research, describes the research method and difficulties, And the innovation of the thesis. The second part is the theoretical interpretation of college party activists of the ideal and faith education, defines the relevant core concepts, clear positive value ideal and belief for college party activists life development, strengthen the important significance of the interpretation of the education of ideal and faith. The third part and the fourth part is the difficulty of this study, and research the key, based on the questionnaire, interview, discussion, strengthen comprehensive research on College Students' ideal and faith in the party activists, then according to the results of the survey analysis of the existing problems and its influencing factors. The fifth part is the starting point and destination, according to the existing college party activists belief problems and generating elements, is proposed to strengthen the five countermeasures of college party activists ideal faith education: "the advanced concept of practice, strengthen the teaching oriented Education "We should highlight education contents, improve educational pertinence", "establish and improve mechanisms, strengthen the long-term effectiveness of education", "innovate ways and methods, and enhance the attraction of education", "strengthen law research and improve the level of educational scientization".
