国家教师资格考试改革背景下教师教育发展路径研究

【摘要】：教师资格证作为一种对教育行业从业教师的许可认证,随着教师资格考试变成国考,意味着"师范"的专属性消失、教师教育面临解制的可能风险,以及教师转变为国考"服务者"。但教师资格国考强化了教师职业的专业性、准教师的创新意识和能力等,教师教育体系能够提供有力的保障。只有发挥教师教育专业的优势,才能真正把握机遇。独特的学科综合优势和改革创新优势,可以有效地将学术性和教育性结合起来,推动教师教育的学科专业发展和创新能力发展。必须立足自身优势,创新办学思路,实现职前培养与职后培养的有效融通,以"人才品牌"建设推动教师教育"做强",以"多元化"模式提升"准教师"整体素养。
[Abstract]:Teacher qualification certificate, as a kind of license certification for teachers in education industry, with the teacher qualification examination becoming national test, means that the "teacher training" specificity disappears, and teacher education is faced with the possible risk of deconstruction. But the teacher qualification examination strengthens the professional nature of the teacher profession, the innovation consciousness and ability of the prospective teacher, and so on. The teacher education system can provide a strong guarantee. Only by giving full play to the advantages of teachers' education specialty, can we really grasp the opportunity, the unique comprehensive advantage of discipline and the advantage of reform and innovation. It can effectively combine academic and educational nature, and promote the development of discipline, specialty and innovation ability of teacher education. We must base ourselves on our own advantages and innovate the thinking of running a school. To realize the effective combination of pre-service training and post-service training, to promote teacher education by "talent brand" construction, and to promote "quasi-teacher" overall accomplishment by "diversity" mode.
