美国公立大学涉水学科建设

【摘要】：涉水学科分为三大类:其一为"纯水学科",即完全以淡水为研究主题的学科;其二为"涉海学科",即以海洋及海洋相关领域为研究主题的学科;其三为"涉水交叉学科",即纯水学科与其他学科交叉形成的涉水研究领域。美国公立大学涉水学科从学位点设置上展现出学科交叉的深度,形成了以涉水交叉学科为主,纯水学科为辅的涉水学科体系。在系所、院部的设置上展现出了其涉水学科交叉的广度,系所层面注重学科交叉平台的建设,院部层面则以大综合性院部为主。美国公立大学涉水学科集中分布在资源环境、工程、海洋、农林牧渔等应用性极强的学科领域中,而理学类等基础学科领域中分布较少;这些涉水学科大都设置在资源环境类、农林牧渔类和工程及应用类学院中,以培养硕士、博士等较高层次的专业性人才为主。美国公立大学涉水学科学位点的学科领域与其所在系所、院部的学科领域并不一一对应。其学位点的设置方式也灵活多变,根据需要设置双学位点,采用跨系、跨院甚至跨校联合设置涉水学位点等模式,促进了涉水学科体系的多样性。
[Abstract]:The subject of wading water is divided into three categories: one is "pure water", that is, the subject is exclusively freshwater, the other is "ocean", that is, the subject is ocean and its related fields. The third one is "the interdisciplinary subject of wading water", that is, the field of wading research formed by the subject of pure water and other disciplines. The subject of wading in American public university shows the depth of interdisciplinary from the point of view of degree setting, and forms the subject of wading intersecting, which is dominated by the subject of wading. The establishment of the department and department shows the breadth of the crossing of the subject, and the construction of the interdisciplinary platform at the level of the department pays more attention to the construction of the interdisciplinary platform. On the other hand, the department level is dominated by large comprehensive departments. The subject of wading in American public universities is mainly distributed in the fields of resources, environment, engineering, ocean, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, but less in the basic disciplines such as science. Most of these water-related disciplines are set up in resources, environment, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, and engineering and application colleges to develop master's degrees. Higher professional talents such as doctorates are the main ones. The academic fields of the degree points of the public universities in the United States do not correspond to their departments or departments, and the way in which the degree points are set up is also flexible and changeable. According to the need of setting up double degree points, adopting the model of interdepartmental, cross-college or even cross-school joint setting of wading degree points, it promotes the diversity of the subject system of wading.
