财经类法律人才培养的创新路径

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的高速发展,国际合作日渐增强,以经济发展互助为核心的各领域联系更加紧密,包括外交、经贸、法律、新闻等。地区间、国家间的合作与竞争,归根到底是科技与人才的比拼,培养创新型、复合型财经类专业人才显得尤为重要。我国经济正处于转型时期,全面推进依法治国与社会经济平稳过渡是财经类高校法学本科人才培养的新目标、新要求。财经类本科院校应根据教学实际,从创业人才培养、师资队伍建设、课程体系重构、创业实训与机制保障等方面下功夫。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, international cooperation is increasingly strengthened, and various fields with mutual assistance for economic development as the core are more closely linked, including diplomatic, economic and trade, legal, news, etc. Cooperation and competition between regions and countries. In the final analysis, it is the competition between science and technology and talents. It is particularly important to train innovative and complex financial and economic professionals. Our economy is in a period of transition. Comprehensively promoting the rule of law and the smooth transition of society and economy is the new goal and new requirement of undergraduate talents training of law in financial and economic colleges and universities. According to the teaching practice, the colleges and universities of finance and economics should start from the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, the construction of teachers, and the reconstruction of curriculum system. Entrepreneurship training and mechanism protection and other aspects of efforts.
