【摘要】：法治是人类进步的旗帜,它代表了一个国家的政治文明水准。党的十五大提出“建设社会主义法治国家”,并鲜明地突出了对“法治”的强调。党的十六大明确了依法治国作为“党领导人民治理国家的基本方略”。党的十七大将以“中国特色社会主义法律体系正式形成”为标志的法治建设,向社会的各个领域更深更广处推进。党的十八大以来,依法治国方略被提到新的高度。党的十八届四中全会更加明确地提出要“深入开展法治宣传教育,把法治教育纳入国民教育体系”,目的是要“全民树立法治观念”。大学生作为祖国的未来,中华民族伟大复兴的希望,更应具备良好的法治观念,这是社会主义政治文明建设的需要,也是时代发展的要求。因此,研究大学生法治观教育问题有着重要的现实意义。本文以马克思主义法学思想为指导,以改革开放以来的中国化马克思主义法治理论为直接立论依据,以思想政治教育学原理为研究基础,对我国大学生法治观教育进行了较为系统的探讨。首先,对大学生法治观研究现状作了概述,对国内外学界关于大学生法治观教育的主要观点以及研究成果进行梳理和相应的评价,同时阐释了对大学生法治观教育进行研究的理论与实践意义。其次,揭示了当代大学生法治观教育存在问题。总体上看,高校法治观教育取得了一定的成效,但是应然存在着不可忽视的问题,体现在大学生身上是法律认知水平不高、法治观念淡薄;从教育角度看,存在着教育定位不明确、教育内容不完善、教育途径与方法较为单一等问题;其成因是高校对法治观教育重视程度不够、法治观教育内容未与时俱进、法治教育方式和方法缺乏创新以及社会环境的负面影响等。最后,借鉴学术界有关大学生法治观教育研究的有益成分,并立足于当代大学生法治观教育的实际,提出了加强当代大学生法治观教育的策略。高校应当坚持正确的法治观教育原则,对法治教育进行合理定位,要以法治知识为基础,以法治信仰教育为核心,完善教育内容,优化教育方式、方法,营造良好的法治观教育环境,不断提高教师素质等方面下功夫,从而提高大学生法治教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:The rule of law is the banner of human progress, It represents the level of a country's political civilization. The 15th National Congress of the Party put forward "building a socialist country ruled by law", and highlighted the emphasis on "rule by law." the 16th National Congress of the Party clearly defined the rule of law as "party leaders." The Party's Seventeenth National Congress will build the rule of law marked by the formal formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, the strategy of governing the country by law has been raised to a new height. The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee more clearly proposed to "carry out in-depth propaganda and education on the rule of law." The purpose of bringing the education of the rule of law into the national education system is to "establish the concept of the rule of law by the whole people." College students, as the future of the motherland, hope for a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and they should have a good concept of the rule of law. This is the need of the construction of socialist political civilization as well as the requirement of the development of the times. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the education of college students' view of the rule of law. Based on the Marxist theory of rule of law in China since the reform and opening up, and based on the principles of ideological and political education, this paper makes a systematic discussion on the education of the concept of rule of law among college students in China. This paper summarizes the current situation of the research on the concept of the rule of law of college students, and reviews the main viewpoints and research results of the academic circles at home and abroad on the education of the view of the rule of law of college students. At the same time, it explains the theoretical and practical significance of the research on college students' view of rule of law. Secondly, it reveals the problems existing in the education of contemporary college students' view of rule of law. On the whole, the education of view of rule of law in colleges and universities has achieved certain results. However, there should be some problems which can not be ignored, which are reflected in the fact that the level of legal cognition is not high and the concept of rule of law is weak. The causes of these problems are that colleges and universities do not attach enough importance to the education of the concept of rule of law, the contents of the education of view of the rule of law do not keep pace with the times, the ways and methods of education of the rule of law lack of innovation and the negative influence of the social environment, and so on. This paper draws lessons from the beneficial elements of the academic research on the education of college students' view of the rule of law, and based on the reality of the education of the contemporary college students' view of the rule of law, puts forward the strategies of strengthening the education of the view of the law of contemporary college students. The reasonable orientation of the education of rule of law should be based on the knowledge of the rule of law, taking the education of belief in the rule of law as the core, perfecting the educational content, optimizing the educational methods and methods, and creating a good educational environment for the view of the rule of law. To improve the quality of teachers and other aspects, so as to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education for college students.
