大学生友善价值观的培育研究

【摘要】：党的十八大报告,提出了社会主义核心价值观,它是根据当前我国现实背景提出的,是重构人们价值观的总阀门,由国家、社会、个人三个层面组成,友善是个人层面的内容,它从道德规范被提升到了价值观的高度。友善是人类历史发展中的永恒主题,无论是古时品德修养的重要方面、新时期的公民基本道德规范还是现在提倡的社会主义核心价值观,它都受到了人们的普遍关注。大学生是当今社会特殊而又重要的一个群体,作为时代发展的接班人,友善应该成为他们为人处世的基本行为准则和道德规范,更应该成为每一个大学生应有的价值观。然而,放眼现实,在大学生中屡屡出现一些不友善现象,如复旦学生投毒案等,需要我们反思。研究大学生的友善观培育,有利于深化马克思主义的友善思想,弘扬我国友善的优秀传统文化;有利于践行社会主义核心价值观,解决大学生之间的矛盾问题,促进其全面发展。首先,通过文献分析法,研究了友善的基本理论,包括友善和友善观的内涵,大学生友善观培育的概念和基本内容,分析了培育大学生友善观的理论依据和现实依据。其次,运用实证研究法,对在校大学生和相关工作人员进行问卷调查和访谈,概括出大学生在友善观的认知、认同和践行方面的优点与不足。根据这些不足,对其存在的问题进行深刻剖析,研究了大学生中友善观缺失的深层次原因。最后,立足当下,以马克思主义友善思想为引领,运用大学生思想政治教育规律,结合调查问卷和访谈结果的分析,探索和阐述了大学生友善观的系统培育路径。综上,在理论研究与实证研究基础上,以多学科相结合的崭新视角为切入点,对大学生在对待自身、他人、社会和自然方面的不友善现象进行了分析,并在内部转化路径的知、情、信、意、行五个方面和外部实现路径的家庭、朋辈、高校、社会、国家五个层面,研究了大学生友善观培育的系统方法,培育路径有针对性,并追求较强的可操作性,以此丰富大学生友善观的理论研究,加强大学生友善观培育的实践指引。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward the socialist core values, which were put forward according to the current realistic background of our country, and are the general valve of reconstructing people's values, which consists of three levels: state, society and individual. Friendliness is the content of individual level. It goes from ethics to values. Kindness is an eternal theme in the development of human history, whether it is an important aspect of ancient morality, The basic moral norms of citizens in the new era or the socialist core values advocated now have received widespread attention. College students are a special and important group in today's society, as successors to the development of the times. Friendliness should be the basic code of conduct and moral code of conduct, and should be the value of every college student. However, with the reality in mind, there are many unfriendly phenomena among college students. For example, the Fudan student poisoning case needs us to reflect on it. To study the cultivation of college students' friendly view is conducive to deepening Marxism's friendly thought, carrying forward our country's excellent traditional culture of friendliness, and practicing the socialist core values. First of all, through the literature analysis, the author studies the basic theory of friendliness, including the connotation of the concept of friendliness and friendliness, the concept and basic content of cultivating the concept of friendliness of college students. This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of cultivating college students' view of friendliness. Secondly, by using the empirical research method, the author makes a questionnaire survey and interviews with college students and related staff, and generalizes the cognition of college students' view of friendliness. On the basis of these shortcomings, this paper makes a deep analysis of the existing problems, and studies the deep reasons for the lack of friendliness in college students. Finally, based on the present situation, the author takes the Marxist friendly thought as the guide. By using the law of ideological and political education of college students, combining with the analysis of questionnaire and interview results, this paper explores and expounds the systematic cultivation path of college students' view of friendliness. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of college students' unfriendliness towards themselves, others, society and nature from the perspective of a new perspective of multi-disciplinary combination, and the knowledge, affection, faith and meaning of the internal transformation path. From five aspects and the five levels of family, peer, college, society and country, this paper studies the systematic method of cultivating college students' friendly view, the cultivation path has pertinence, and the pursuit of strong maneuverability. It enriches the theoretical research of college students' friendly view and strengthens the practical guidance of cultivating college students' friendly view.
