以价值观为核心的大学生领导力的调查与思考

【摘要】：将以价值观为核心的大学生领导力作为分析框架,本研究发现当前我国大学生在价值观上呈现出一些特点,如诚信上的知行分离,虚心态度与服务意识不足,合作关系难以建立,较少重视团队目标等。研究还发现,学习过领导力的大学生具备更积极的价值观,更强调患难与共的诚信与责任,更擅长合作与助人的友善关系,更重视团队价值和民族使命感。建议将大学生领导力作为高校思想政治理论教育的一门拓展课程,作为高校价值观教育的一种新途径。
[Abstract]:Taking the leadership of college students as the analysis framework, this study finds that there are some characteristics in the values of college students, such as the separation of knowledge and behavior in honesty, the lack of awareness of modesty and service. The study also found that college students who had studied leadership had more positive values, more emphasis on integrity and responsibility for sharing weal and woe, and were better at cooperating and helping others. It is suggested that college students' leadership should be regarded as an expanding course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and as a new way of value education in colleges and universities.
