【摘要】：正江苏现有普通高校141所,高校专任教师10.7万人。江苏省高校教师考核评价制度改革按照师德为先、教学为要、科研为基、发展为本的基本要求,坚持改革创新,统筹兼顾,在激发教师创新创业活力、深化高等教育综合改革方面发挥了有力作用。师德为先,培育良好师德师风以师德建设为引领,提炼大学精神,培育良好风尚。一是做好顶层设计。将师德建设纳入全省教育总体规划,实施一把手工程,高校主要领导为师德工作第一责
[Abstract]:Jiangsu is the existing ordinary colleges and universities 141, full-time teachers in colleges and universities 107000 people.The reform of the evaluation and evaluation system of teachers in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province is based on the basic requirements of teachers' ethics, teaching, scientific research and development.
