美国高校多中心治理视角的学生管理模式及启示

【摘要】：高校学生管理模式的构建以多中心治理为视角,有助于学生管理中心要素的拓展,促使被动的、封闭的管理思想发生转变,让学校、政府、社会在学生管理工作中成为有机的整体。文章以多中心治理角度观察美国高校学生管理模式的特征,并探讨我国高校学生管理模式内在不足。将美国高校学生管理模式存在的优点加以借鉴,确立多中心治理下我国高校学生管理模式改革与发展路径。
[Abstract]:The construction of college student management mode from the perspective of multi-center governance helps to expand the central elements of student management, promote the change of passive and closed management thought, and let the school, the government,Society has become an organic whole in student management.From the perspective of multi-center governance, this paper observes the characteristics of the student management model in American colleges and universities, and probes into the inherent deficiencies of the student management model in our country.This paper draws lessons from the advantages of the student management mode in American colleges and universities, and establishes the reform and development path of the student management mode in our country under the multi-center governance.
