SMCR模型视角下大学生对翻转课堂的需求调查

【摘要】:随着教育信息化的不断发展,高校教学模式和学习方式的改革和创新刻不容缓。翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式,其实施价值逐渐凸显,然而在高校翻转课堂实施过程中存在诸如教师技术能力不足、课程设计结构性不强、技术通道不合理、大学生的积极性不高等问题,使得高校翻转课堂的实施受到一定的阻碍。大学生作为高校翻转课堂实施的主体,其对翻转课堂的需求对推进高校翻转课堂有效实施有重要意义。SMCR模型作为一种常用来解释教育过程的传播模型,从传播过程中的信源(Source)、信息(Message)、信道(Channel)和信宿(Receiver)出发,详细说明了影响传播效率和效果的因素,可为大学生对翻转课堂的需求研究提供一定指导意义。本文采用文献研究法和问卷调查法对高校翻转课堂的情况进行了研究。首先,本文对国内外翻转课堂的相关概念、翻转课堂的发展历程、高校翻转课堂实施现状以及影响因素和对策进行了梳理,并对SMCR模型的概述以及在教育中的实际应用进行了分析。其次,本文根据SMCR模型,从教师、传播内容、传播通道和学生四个维度,具体分析了影响翻转课堂实施的因素,编制出大学生对翻转课堂的需求调查问卷,并以东北某高校为例,全面系统地调查并分析了大学生对翻转课堂的需求,进而得出调研结果。最后,本文根据调研结果,分别从教师、传播内容、传播通道和学生四个维度探讨了推进高校翻转课堂有效实施的策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of educational informatization, the reform and innovation of teaching mode and learning mode in colleges and universities are urgent.As a new teaching mode, the value of flipping classroom is becoming more and more important. However, in the process of implementing flipping classroom in colleges and universities, such as teachers' technical ability is insufficient, curriculum design structure is not strong, and technical channel is unreasonable.College students' enthusiasm is not high, so the implementation of overturned classroom is hindered.As the main body of flipping classroom in colleges and universities, the demand of flipping classroom is significant to promote the effective implementation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities. The SMCR model is often used to explain the educational process as a communication model.Starting from the sources of information source, message, channel channel and receiver in the process of communication, this paper explains in detail the factors that affect the efficiency and effect of communication, which can provide some guidance for the study of college students' demand for flipping classroom.In this paper, literature research and questionnaire survey are used to study the situation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities.First of all, this paper combs the related concepts of flipping classroom at home and abroad, the development course of flipping classroom, the status quo of flipping classroom implementation in colleges and universities, and the influencing factors and countermeasures.And the overview of SMCR model and its practical application in education are analyzed.Secondly, according to SMCR model, from four dimensions of teacher, communication content, communication channel and students, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of flipping classroom, and draws out the questionnaire of college students' demand for flipping classroom.Taking a university in Northeast China as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the demand of college students for the flipping classroom comprehensively and systematically, and then obtains the results of the investigation.Finally, according to the research results, this paper discusses the strategies to promote the effective implementation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities from the four dimensions of teacher, content, channel and students.
