大学生文明礼仪培育研究

【摘要】：古语有云:“义以为质,礼以行之,信以成之。”说的就是要重道义,行礼节,守信用。从古至今,礼仪教育都具有深远的意义,它是进行道德建设的迫切需要,是传承优秀传统文化的时代呼唤。而对大学生进行的礼仪教育具有对内、对外的双重意义:一方面,礼仪教育能够有效地将大学生逐步引导至社会的道德规范内,从而将礼仪内化为个人的道德品质;另一方面,积极开展礼仪教育,不仅能提升大学校园的文明环境,还有助于促进形成良好的社会文明风气。本文主要分为四个部分。第一部分主要介绍了研究背景及研究的理论意义和现实意义,本文写作中主要运用的研究方法和研究思路以及论文的创新点。第二部分主要是对大学生文明礼仪的整体概述,首先阐明文明礼仪的概念及大学生文明礼仪的内涵,奠定相关理论基础;其次论述了大学生文明礼仪教育的作用及其必要性。第三部分,通过查阅相关资料分析大学生文明礼仪存在的问题及成因分析。第四部分,主要是提出相应的大学生文明礼仪培育的对策。通过丰富和完善大学生文明礼仪培育的基本内容、拓展创新大学生文明礼仪培育的方式和手段以及探索文明礼仪内化为大学生道德修养的路径来有针对性的解决大学生文明礼仪缺失问题。中国的礼仪文化是与传统文化一脉相承的,它能实现当今文化与传统精华文化的接续,指导人们在诱惑中做出正确的选择,教导学生正确处理人际关系。作为我国重要的人才资源,大学生应该积极地走进社会,用自己的实际行动去大力推动礼仪文化的建设,起到一个表率作用,促进社会新风气的形成。礼仪文化的完善与否是衡量一个国家文明程度的重要依据。提升大学生的文明礼仪素质与我们建设和谐社会,实现中国梦的伟大理想紧密相关。礼仪文化在中国不仅是人们道德素质高低的表现形式,是衣食住行的行为规范,更是国家维系和平稳定的重要依据。但是,近年来中国的礼仪文化正在慢慢淡化,文明礼仪缺失已经上升为影响国家形象的重要问题。因此,强化培养大学生的文明礼仪,一方面可以提高他们自身在文明礼仪上的修养,另一方面也提高了他们的思想品德,对于加强大学生之间的沟通,重塑社会的文明风气,甚至对提高我国的国际竞争力也具有至关重要的作用。加强大学生在礼仪文化上的建设,是响应当前我国社会主义在精神文明建设层面的要求,也是我国思想与政治教育的重要课题之一。
[Abstract]:As the old saying goes, "righteousness is a quality, courtesy is to act, and faith is to be fulfilled." What we are talking about is the importance of morality, courtesy and keeping our promises. From ancient times to now, etiquette education has far-reaching significance, it is the urgent need of moral construction and the call of the times of inheriting excellent traditional culture. On the one hand, etiquette education can effectively guide college students to the moral norms of the society, and thus turn etiquette into personal moral quality; on the other hand, Actively developing etiquette education can not only promote the civilized environment of university campus, but also promote the formation of good social civilization. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the main research methods and research ideas used in this paper, as well as the innovation of the paper. The second part is the overall overview of the civilized etiquette of college students. Firstly, it clarifies the concept of civilized etiquette and the connotation of civilized etiquette of college students, and establishes the relevant theoretical foundation; secondly, it discusses the function and necessity of the civilized etiquette education of college students. The third part analyzes the problems and causes of college students'civilized etiquette by consulting relevant data. The fourth part, mainly puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of cultivating the civilized etiquette of college students. Through enriching and perfecting the basic contents of cultivating the civilized etiquette of college students, To expand and innovate the ways and means of cultivating the civilized etiquette of college students and to explore the path of internalizing the civilized etiquette into the moral cultivation of college students to solve the problem of the lack of civilized etiquette of college students. Chinese etiquette culture is inherited from the traditional culture. It can realize the succession of today's culture and traditional essence culture, instruct people to make the right choice in temptation, and teach students to deal with interpersonal relations correctly. As an important talent resource in our country, college students should actively enter the society, vigorously promote the construction of etiquette culture with their own practical actions, play an exemplary role in promoting the formation of new social atmosphere. Whether the etiquette culture is perfect or not is the important basis to measure the civilization degree of a country. Improving the civilized and ceremonial quality of college students is closely related to the construction of harmonious society and the realization of Chinese Dream's great ideal. Etiquette culture in China is not only the expression form of people's moral quality, but also the behavior standard of food, clothing, housing and transportation, and the important basis for the country to maintain peace and stability. However, in recent years, China's etiquette culture is slowly desalination, the lack of civilized etiquette has become an important issue affecting the image of the country. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of civilized etiquette for college students can, on the one hand, improve their own cultivation in civilized etiquette, on the other hand, it also improves their ideological and moral character, which can strengthen the communication among college students and reshape the civilized atmosphere of society. Even to improve our country's international competitiveness has a vital role. To strengthen the construction of college students' etiquette culture is to respond to the demands of socialism in the construction of spiritual civilization in our country at present, and is also one of the important subjects of ideological and political education in our country.
