知识演变与组织创新:世界一流大学的生成机制分析

【摘要】：聚焦于知识与组织的互动,采用比较方法中的求同法进行多案例研究,提炼世界一流大学的生成机制。研究发现:大学的学术知识演变中存在专门化与综合化、基础性与应用性的冲突,由于对冲突的处理方式不同,世界一流大学中存在三种不同的组织类型,即德国研究型大学的单层线性结构、美国研究型大学的双层复合结构和美国创业型大学的网络弥散结构。而这三种类型的共同逻辑是通过组织创新来适应和推动学术知识的重大演变,这是世界一流大学生成的重要机制。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the interaction between knowledge and organization, this paper uses the method of comparison to carry out multi-case studies to refine the generation mechanism of world-class universities. It is found that there are three different types of organization in the evolution of academic knowledge, such as specialization and integration, conflict between foundation and application, and different ways of dealing with conflicts. That is the single layer linear structure of German research university, the double layer compound structure of American research university and the network dispersion structure of American entrepreneurial university. The common logic of these three types is to adapt and promote the great evolution of academic knowledge through organizational innovation, which is an important mechanism for world-class college students.
