公共关系传播原则对思想政治教育沟通的启示研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是我国社会主义精神文明建设的中心环节,无论是在教育科学文化建设中,还是在思想政治教育道德建设中,思想政治教育都占有重要地位,起着重要作用。思想政治教育是思想政治教育主客体之间沟通的过程,进一步加强对思想政治教育沟通的研究,有助于促进思想政治教育工作的开展,促进思想政治教育育人功能的充分发挥。公共关系传播原则是公共关系传播者在公共关系传播过程中所要遵循的基本行为规范,坚持公共关系传播原则是实现公共关系双向传播保证。且公共关系传播与思想政治教育沟通存在很多契合点。为推进思想政治教育与其它学科之间更好地交流,本文采用文献分析法、综合分析法以及比较研究法等研究方法,在现有理论研究成果基础上,以公共关系传播原则为切入点,对思想政治教育沟通进行跨学科研究,得出公共关系传播原则对思想政治教育沟通的一些启示。全文共由四个部分构成:第一部分,为绪论,具体阐述了论文的选题背景、选题意义、研究现状、研究方法、创新点及不足之处。第二部分,在对相关理论阅读研究的基础上,对公共关系传播、公共关系传播原则以及思想政治教育沟通等概念进行界定,并以此为基础介绍了公共关系传播与思想政治教育沟通在其构成要素、过程、原则、目的、结果等方面有着一定的一致性。第三部分,对思想政治教育沟通的重要性和存在问题进行分析。思想政治教育沟通是思想政治教育的主体过程,是提高思想政治教育有效性和人们思想品德的重要保证,但目前思想政治教育沟通中却存在沟通主体沟通意识不足,沟通内容脱离了受教育者的接受能力和实际需求、沟通渠道单一,对新媒介利用不合理、沟通过程不完整缺乏反馈等问题。第四部分,明确指出公共关系传播“7C”原则在公共关系传播原则中处核心地位,且对公共关系传播中的“7C”原则进行全面剖析与阐释,得出在思想政治教育沟通中,要选择有意义的思想政治教育沟通内容;尊重受教育者的主体地位;充分利用各种思想政治教育沟通传播媒介;运用恰当的思想政治教育沟通语言;完善整个思想政治教育沟通的传播与反馈过程;优化思想政治教育沟通内外环境;选择适宜的思想政治教育沟通时机与场合。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is the central link in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in China. Ideological and political education plays an important role in the construction of education, science and culture as well as in moral construction of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education is the process of communication between the subject and object of ideological and political education. Further strengthening the research on the communication of ideological and political education is helpful to promote the development of ideological and political education and to promote the full play of the educational function of ideological and political education. The principle of public relations communication is the basic code of conduct that the public relations communicators should follow in the process of public relations communication. Insisting on the principle of public relations communication is the guarantee of public relations two-way communication. And the communication between public relations and ideological and political education has many points of convergence. In order to promote better communication between ideological and political education and other disciplines, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, comprehensive analysis and comparative research, based on the existing theoretical research results, with the principle of public relations communication as the breakthrough point. This paper studies the communication of ideological and political education in an interdisciplinary way, and draws some enlightenment from the principle of communication of public relations to the communication of ideological and political education. The paper is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction, which elaborates the background, significance, research status, research methods, innovations and deficiencies of the thesis. The second part defines the concepts of public relations communication, public relations communication principles and ideological and political education communication on the basis of the relevant theoretical reading research. On this basis, the author introduces that the communication of public relations and ideological and political education has some consistency in its constituent elements, processes, principles, purposes and results. The third part analyzes the importance and problems of ideological and political education communication. The communication of ideological and political education is the main process of ideological and political education, it is an important guarantee to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and people's ideological and moral character, but at present, there is a lack of awareness of communication subject in the communication of ideological and political education. The communication content is divorced from the acceptance ability and actual demand of the educatee, the communication channel is single, the use of the new media is unreasonable, the communication process is incomplete, and so on. In the fourth part, the author points out that the "7C" principle of public relations communication is the core of the public relations communication principle, and analyzes and interprets the "7C" principle in the public relations communication, and draws the conclusion that the "7C" principle is in the communication of ideological and political education. To choose meaningful ideological and political education communication content; Respect the subject status of the educatee; make full use of all kinds of communication media of ideological and political education; use appropriate communication language of ideological and political education; perfect the whole communication and feedback process of ideological and political education; To optimize the internal and external environment of ideological and political education communication, to choose the appropriate opportunity and occasion of ideological and political education communication.
