大学生创新创业机理与培育研究——以华中农业大学20名创业先锋为例

【摘要】：大众创业、万众创新背景下,鼓励和引导大学生创新创业是我国实现以创业带动就业、建设创新型国家的重大战略举措。然而,目前我国大学生创业者比例较低,创新型创业少之又少。本研究以华中农业大学20名创业先锋为例,调研发现其在创业历程中表现出立足专业、热爱行业,先就业、后创业,不满现状、谋求大业,了解形势、利用政策,创业中创新、创新中变强等共同特点;在内外部因素作用下,他们围绕创业动机、创业机会、创业实践、创新创业和业态前景彰显出共同的发展机理。促进我国大学生创新创业健康快速发展,既需要政府、高校、社会和大学生共同努力,又需要创业和创新互促共进。
[Abstract]:Under the background of mass entrepreneurship, encouraging and guiding college students to innovate and start their own business is an important strategic measure to promote employment and build an innovative country in our country. However, at present, the proportion of college students entrepreneurs in China is relatively low, innovative entrepreneurship is rare. This study takes 20 pioneering pioneers of Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, and finds out that their entrepreneurial process is based on specialty, love industry, first employment, then entrepreneurship, dissatisfaction with the present situation, seeking for a great cause, understanding the situation, using policies, and innovating in entrepreneurship. The common characteristics of innovation, such as the change of strength; Under the influence of internal and external factors, they highlight the common development mechanism around entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial practices, innovative entrepreneurship and business prospects. To promote the healthy and rapid development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in China, it is not only necessary for the government, universities, society and college students to make joint efforts, but also for entrepreneurship and innovation to promote each other.
