浅析地方本科院校职业生涯规划教育中的精细化管理

【摘要】：新形势下地方本科院校的就业压力愈来愈大,当代大学生的职业生涯规划教育显得日益重要。运用精细化管理模式,能够通过对岗位职能、分工职责的精准定位,精益求精地细分工作内容和对象,细化目标进行各个击破,细化人才结构等。地方本科院校职业生涯规划教育进行精细化管理表现在精益求精,分年级分层次进行有针对性授课;精准定位,建立完善的职业生涯规划教育硬件设施;细化目标,运用新媒体有效改善学生认知不足的问题;细化结构,加强职业生涯规划师资队伍建设等。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, the employment pressure of local undergraduate colleges and universities is increasing, and the career planning education of contemporary college students is becoming more and more important. By using the fine management mode, we can subdivide the contents and objects of the work, refine the objectives, refine the structure of talents and so on through the accurate positioning of the post functions and the division of responsibilities. The fine management of career planning education in local colleges and universities is manifested in excellence, targeted teaching at different grades and levels, accurate positioning, and the establishment of perfect hardware facilities for career planning education. Refine the goal, use the new media to effectively improve the problem of students' lack of cognition, refine the structure, strengthen the construction of career planning teaching staff, and so on.
