应用型高校教师教学发展的分类发展机制研究

【摘要】：对于应用型高校来说,教师教学发展的促进与深化必然与其应用型定位实施路径的关键要素相对应,找到作为应用型人才培养核心保障的教师队伍建设的突破点,也就找到其教师教学发展实施的关键要素。应用型高校教师队伍的分类建设、分类管理必将成为教师教学发展促进的前提和实施的关键所在,必然引起教师教学发展的分类建设和分类发展。
[Abstract]:For applied colleges and universities, the promotion and deepening of teachers' teaching development must correspond to the key elements of the implementation path of applied orientation, and find the breakthrough point of the construction of teachers as the core guarantee of applied talents training. It also finds out the key elements of the implementation of teachers' teaching development. The classified construction and classified management of teachers in applied colleges and universities will become the premise and key to the promotion of teachers' teaching development, which will inevitably lead to the classified construction and classified development of teachers' teaching development.
