新建本科高校应加强“双师型”师资队伍建设

【摘要】：正新建本科高校的转型发展,关键是师资队伍的转型发展。围绕应用性特征要求,在突出加强实践能力方面采取有效措施。新建本科高校必须制定一套适合双师型教师发展的内部管理体制。随着我国高等教育大众化程度的提高,精英化教育已经不能完全适应时代发展的需要。一方面是高校毕业生就业不理想,人才浪费严重;另一方面,企业却招不到适合岗位需求的人才,它严重制约了我
[Abstract]:The key to the transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities is the transformation and development of the teaching staff. Around the requirements of practical characteristics, effective measures should be taken to highlight and strengthen practical ability. New undergraduate colleges and universities must formulate an internal management system suitable for the development of double-qualified teachers. With the improvement of the popularization of higher education in China, elite education can no longer fully meet the needs of the development of the times. On the one hand, the employment of college graduates is not ideal, and the waste of talents is serious; on the other hand, enterprises can not recruit talents suitable for the needs of posts, which seriously restricts me.
