大学文化的育人功能与实践启示

【摘要】:大学文化是一所大学的办学传统、办学特色和学风校风在精神层面的体现,具有较强的针对性和现实指导意义。我国经济社会发展的新常态对大学文化在开放性、先进性、包容性、多元性、创新性等方面提出了更高的要求。因此,大学文化要不断丰富其内涵与功能,要更加注重培养责任担当、求真向善和人文包容的精神,在世界多元文化和信息时代中,既坚守大学学术灵魂,又顺应人才培养的时代需求。大学的根本任务是人才培养,育人功能则是大学文化的本体功能。大学文化可以通过课堂教学、科研活动、师生交流、校歌校训等对学生成长成才发挥潜移默化的影响。因此,要充分发挥大学文化的育人功能,探索有效的实现路径。浙江理工大学在传承历史文化的基础上,凝练出不同发展阶段的育人理念,充分挖掘文化育人资源,加强大学文化建设,包括加强校情校史教育,拓展校园人文环境,推进实践文化建设。同时,学校创造性地构建了全方位文化育人模式,即树立"全面发展"的育人理念,实施"全员育人"的育人机制,完善"全方位服务"的育人体系。
[Abstract]:University culture is the tradition of running a university, the characteristics of running a university and the spirit of study are embodied in the spiritual level, which has strong pertinence and practical guiding significance. The new normal of economic and social development in China puts forward higher requirements for university culture in the aspects of openness, advanced nature, inclusiveness, pluralism, innovation and so on. Therefore, university culture should constantly enrich its connotation and function, pay more attention to the spirit of cultivating responsibility, seeking truth and kindness and humanistic tolerance. In the multicultural and information age of the world, it should not only adhere to the academic soul of the university, but also meet the needs of the times of talent training. The fundamental task of a university is to cultivate talents, and the function of educating people is the Noumenon function of university culture. University culture can exert an imperceptible influence on the growth of students through classroom teaching, scientific research activities, teacher-student communication, school song and school motto. Therefore, we should give full play to the educational function of university culture and explore an effective way to realize it. On the basis of inheriting history and culture, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology has condensed out the concept of educating people at different stages of development, fully excavated the resources of cultural education, and strengthened the construction of university culture, including strengthening the education of school history, expanding the campus humanistic environment, and promoting the construction of practical culture. At the same time, the school creatively constructs the omni-directional cultural education model, that is, to establish the educational concept of "all-round development", to implement the educational mechanism of "all-round education", and to perfect the education system of "omni-directional service".
