心理学专业本科生“双导师制”到“三导师制”实施的探索与展望

【摘要】：本科生双导师制是我国高校为适应高等教育发展的需要,在借鉴国外高等教育教学和管理经验的基础上探索出来的一种新机制。文章以心理学专业本科生的双导师制为例,探讨双导师制的实施和作用,同时结合实践探讨双导师制的改进创新,即增加实践导师,实施三导师制。最后对本科院校的双导师制提出改进的建议,对未来"三导师制"的实施与发展进行展望。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the development of higher education, undergraduate double guidance system is a new mechanism explored by colleges and universities in China on the basis of drawing lessons from the teaching and management experience of foreign higher education. Taking the double tutor system of psychology undergraduates as an example, this paper probes into the implementation and function of the double tutor system, and probes into the improvement and innovation of the double tutor system in combination with practice, that is, increasing the practical tutor and implementing the three tutor system. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the double tutor system in undergraduate colleges and universities, and looks forward to the implementation and development of the "three tutor system" in the future.
