基于胜任力的高校干部培养管理体系研究

【摘要】:加强对高校干部队伍的培养管理对进一步深化教育综合改革具有重要意义。本研究从胜任力研究视角出发,在文献研究的基础上,借鉴行为事件访谈法的基本原理,提炼构建了高校干部胜任力特征模型,包括政治辨别力、工作推动力、自我约束力和持续创新力四个维度共十三个能力要素,补充和拓展了现有研究成果。在此基础上,通过问卷调查的方法分析了高校干部胜任力水平现状,并提出以"选-育-用"为动态闭环的高校干部全生命周期培养管理对策建议。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to strengthen the training and management of cadres in colleges and universities to further deepen the comprehensive reform of education. From the perspective of competency research, on the basis of literature research, and drawing lessons from the basic principles of behavioral event interview method, this study abstracts and constructs the competency characteristic model of college cadres, including 13 competency elements in four dimensions: political discrimination, work motivation, self-binding and sustainable innovation, which complements and expands the existing research results. On this basis, this paper analyzes the present situation of the competency level of university cadres by means of questionnaire survey, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation and management of college cadres in the whole life cycle with "selection, education and use" as the dynamic closed loop.
