教育实习中实习教师角色定位与转换对其教师职业信念影响的研究

　　随着国家越来越重视人才教育培养,教师队伍的建设也得到大力提倡。近些年,对于教师教育的研究也掀起了一股热潮,而职前教师教育的研究则是越来越引起研究者的关注。这当然也是与新的教育政策出台相关联的,为更好地适应国家经济建设和社会发展对高层次应用型人才的迫切需要,积极发展具有中国特色的专业学位教育,教育部决定自2009年起,扩大招收以应届本科毕业生为主的19个全日制硕士专业学位范围,教育硕士专业学位便包括在其中,它更注重的是教育实践,攻读该学位的学生需要完成教育见习和教育实习等实际教学内容。研究者对于职前教师在实习方面的研究起步较晚,探究了教育实习对于师范生在教学反思能力以及教师职业认知发展方面的影响,但是由于实习时间通常比较短暂,并且涉及到培养单位、实习基地等多个对象,因此对于教育实习这个主题,还存在着许多可以深思和探究的问题。然而,对于具体到某一学科的实习生在具体的实习过程中角色定位转换问题以及其教师职业信念变化研究则是极为缺乏的。本文以华中师范大学全日制英语教育硕士为研究对象,从现实的角度去探究他们在实习整个过程的角色定位转换及其教师职业信念的变化,从而剖析全日制英语教育硕士实习教师在实...
