职前英语教师新课程观的研究

随着2017年核心素养版的英语新课程改革的实行,教育者们提出了更多符合实际且更有利于培养学生各方面能力的要求。作为推进新课程改革的强劲动力,职前英语教师不断接触到最新的教育理论与思想,并受益于将理论运用于实践这一教育实习过程。通过研究职前英语教师课程观与其教学实践,我们可以更好地了解两者的一致程度以及从课程观到教学实践的发展过程,并为后续的相关研究提供思路与启示。本个案研究将三位英语教育硕士作为研究对象,通过访谈与课堂观察的方法来回答以下三个问题:1)新课程改革背景下,职前英语教师课程观的特征是怎样的?2)新课程改革背景下,职前英语教师课程观与其教学实践之间的一致程度是怎样的?3)职前英语教师课程观到教学实践的发展过程是怎样的?通过研究,笔者得出了以下发现:1)不同职前英语教师的课程观在一定程度上相似,但在细节上仍存在差异。2)总的来说,新课程改革背景下,职前英语教师课程观与其教学实践之间的一致程度较高。其中,职前英语教师的课程目标观,内容观,实施观与其教学实践较为一致。职前英语教师的课程设计观与评价观与其教学实践较为不一致。3)职前英语教师课程观发展到教学实践的过程经历了两个阶段。第...
