职前英语教师教育实习期间焦虑水平变化研究

  作为联结理论与实际的桥梁,教育实习对于职前教师发展意义重大。然而,短期内由学生身份向教师身份的跨越并非易事,教育实习往往是引起职前教师焦虑的重要来源之一。其次,不同水平的焦虑对行为的影响也各有所异。因此,对于职前教师教育实习期间焦虑水平的研究十分必要。然而,尽管国内外的相关研究已较为广泛,但鲜有研究关注职前英语教师实习不同阶段焦虑水平的变化及原因。因此,本研究以华中师范大学2018级学科教学(英语)专业49名硕士二年级研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查及半结构化访谈探究职前英语教师在实习前、实习中期、实习结束时焦虑水平的变化及变化原因。研究问题如下:1)在教育实习的不同阶段,职前英语教师的焦虑水平是如何变化的?2)导致职前英语教师焦虑水平变化的原因有哪些?研究结果显示,虽然大多数研究对象在实习不同阶段均处于中等焦虑水平,但总体焦虑水平于不同阶段呈现出先升高再降低的变化趋势,且变化具有显著性。其次,研究对象在专业准备、评价、课堂管理、教职工关系、教学法这五个维度的焦虑水平也呈现出先升高再降低的变化趋势,除教职工关系这一维度外,其余维度的变化同样具有显著性。此外,实习前至实习中期职前英语教师焦...
