中小学教科书审定制度的研究

【摘要】： 教师、教科书和学生是教学的三大要素。作为三大要素之一的教科书,起着连接教师与学生的纽带或桥梁作用。因此只有高度重视教科书的审定工作,并建立完善的教科书审定制度,才能确保教学质量的提高。我国清末时期成为了中小学教科书审定制度的滥觞。随着历史的推演,中小学教科书审定制度由于社会政治、经济、教育和文化结构的变迁而命运多舛。本文试图梳理出我国中小学教科书审定制度的历史脉理,在此基础上,分析总结其历史经验、问题所在和对策建议,从而为现行教科书审定制度的高效、良性、长效的运行提供可咨借鉴的依据。全文分为五个章节: 第一章:概要性地介绍了进行我国中小学教科书审定制度研究的缘起和意义,重点梳理了教科书审定制度的研究现状,并对本论文的研究定位和研究方法做了简单说明。第二章:教科书审定制度基本问题的诠释。对教科书、教科书审定制度的概念和内涵进行详细的解析,从而明确本论文的研究边界和理论分析框架。第三章:我国中小学教科书审定制度的历史溯源。通过历史还原,描述了我国自清末以来直至民国时期最后到建国后中小学教科书审定制度的历史变迁,并对各历史时期教科书审定制度的运行进行分析界定。第四章:我国中小学教科书审定制度的经验、问题及对策分析。在这一部分主要在挖掘我国中小学教科书审定的成功经验,并梳理出其存在的若干方面的问题,从而提出了相应的对策建议。结束语:主要阐述了与中小学教科书审定制度相关的问题,以及我们针对教科书审定实践中存在的问题应该做出的努力。
[Abstract]:Teachers, textbooks and students are the three main elements of teaching. As one of the three major elements of the textbook, connects the teachers and students. Therefore only attach great importance to the work of the examination and approval of textbooks, the textbook and the establishment of perfect system, in order to ensure the improvement of teaching quality. Late Qing Dynasty period is the beginning of textbooks examination and approval system of primary and middle schools. With the evolution of history, primary and secondary school textbook system due to social and political, economic, educational and cultural changes of structure and ill fated. This paper attempts to comb out textbooks in primary and secondary schools in China's history, examination and approval system, on the basis of this analysis, summarize its historical experience, problems and countermeasures. To the current textbook system efficient, benign, provide consultative basis for long-term operation.
The full text is divided into five chapters:
The first chapter briefly introduces the origin and significance of the research on textbook approval system in our primary and secondary schools, focuses on the current research status of the textbook approval system, and makes a brief description of the research orientation and research methods.
The second chapter is the annotation of the basic problems of textbook approval system. The concept and connotation of textbooks and textbook approval system are analyzed in detail, so as to clarify the research boundary and theoretical analysis framework of this thesis.
The third chapter: the history textbook system in primary and secondary schools in China. Through history, described in China since the late Qing Dynasty to the period of the Republic of China and finally to the history after the founding of primary and secondary school textbook system, and the textbook system in different historical periods were analyzed. The fourth chapter: the experience, problems and Countermeasures of textbook approval system in primary and secondary schools in China. In this part, we mainly excavate the successful experience of textbook approval in primary and secondary schools in China, and comb out some aspects of its existing problems, so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
Concluding remarks: mainly expounds the problems related to the textbook approval system in primary and secondary schools, and the efforts we should make for the problems existing in the textbook validation practice.
