大学生的心理健康问题及其教育

【摘要】：大学生的心理健康状况对其学习能力、思想素质的提高以及人生价值的实现都有着至关重要的作用。近年来,很多大学生存在不同程度的心理问题、心理障碍或心理疾病,由此导致自杀、自虐、凶杀案件频繁发生,大学生的心理健康问题已成为社会普遍关心的热点。强化大学生心理健康教育,一要实现心理教育课程化,二要开展心理咨询服务,三要引导学生参与人际交往活动。
[Abstract]:The mental health status of college students plays an important role in their learning ability, the improvement of ideological quality and the realization of life value. In recent years, many college students have different degree of psychological problems. Psychological disorders or mental diseases, which lead to suicide, self-abuse, homicide cases occur frequently, the psychological health of college students has become a hot spot of social concern. Strengthen the psychological health education of college students. One is to realize the curriculum of psychological education, the other is to carry out psychological counseling service, and third, to guide students to participate in interpersonal activities.
