廖世承素质教育思想与实践研究

【摘要】: 廖世承是中国近代著名的爱国主义教育家。在他五十多年的教育生涯中,他始终坚持德智体个性全面发展的教育方针,向学生提出了“敦品”、“强身”、“力学”的要求,始终不渝地推行素质教育。 为了实施素质教育,在借鉴国外教育经验与教训以及坚持科学实验的基础上,结合我国国情,廖世承极力倡行“六三三”学制,并在课程、教材、教学、学校管理等方面进行了一系列改革,尽可能地使每个学生都能遵循自己的个性得到最好的发展,成为一个对社会有用的人。他的素质教育实践不仅为社会和革命培养了大量优秀人才,而且促进了“壬戌学制”的正式颁行和中国教育科学化的进步。 本文对廖世承素质教育思想形成的背景、理论基础、主要内容及具体实施情况作了较为全面的论述,并初步概括了廖世承素质教育思想的特点、历史影响以及对我国现今实施素质教育的启示。
[Abstract]:Liao Shicheng was a famous patriotic educator in modern China. During his more than 50 years of educational career, he always adhered to the educational policy of the all-round development of his moral, intellectual, physical and physical character, and put forward to his students the requirements of "good taste", "strengthening body" and "mechanics". We will unswervingly carry out quality education. In order to carry out quality-oriented education, on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign educational experiences and insisting on scientific experiments, and combining with the national conditions of our country, Liao Shicheng strongly advocated the "633" academic system, and advocated in the curriculum, teaching materials and teaching. School management and other aspects of a series of reforms, so that every student can follow their own personality to get the best possible development, His practice of quality education has not only cultivated a large number of outstanding talents for the society and revolution, but also promoted the formal promulgation of the "non-Xu school system" and the scientific progress of education in China. In this paper, the background, theoretical basis, main contents and implementation of Liao Shicheng's quality-oriented education are discussed, and the characteristics of Liao Shicheng's quality-oriented education are summarized. The historical influence and the enlightenment to the implementation of quality education in our country.
