高校师生心理契约期望值类型的实证研究

【摘要】：师生心理契约可以根据学生期望高低和教师期望高低组合成共同期望高型、教师过度期望型、学生过度期望型和共同期望低型等四种类型。共同期望高型心理契约的学风显著高于共同期望低型心理契约的学风,因此,加强学生管理,提高教师修养和教学水平,是学风建设的关键。大学生中属于共同期望低型的比重过高,尤以新生和毕业生更为突出,从而导致目前学风明显下滑。
[Abstract]:The psychological contract of teachers and students can be combined to form common expectation high type and teacher excessive expectation type according to students' expectation and teacher's expectation. There are four types of students' over-expectation type and common expectation low type. The study style of common expectation high type psychological contract is significantly higher than that of common expectation low type psychological contract. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen student management and improve teachers' accomplishment and teaching level. The proportion of students who belong to the low type of common expectation is too high, especially for the freshmen and graduates, which leads to the obvious decline of the current style of study.
