论和谐背景下教师合作文化的建构

【摘要】：教师文化主要有隔离型文化和合作型文化两大类型,教师合作文化是学校和谐文化的核心。只有通过教师和学校的共同努力,将内在因素的改变与外部条件的支持有机结合起来,才能构建良好的教师合作文化,以促进教师专业能力的提高和教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:There are two main types of teacher culture: isolated culture and cooperative culture. Teacher cooperation culture is the core of school harmonious culture.Only through the joint efforts of teachers and schools can we combine the change of internal factors with the support of external conditions to construct a good teacher cooperation culture to promote the improvement of teachers' professional ability and the professional development of teachers.
