多元价值时代的教师角色研究

【摘要】： 市场经济的发展导致了社会价值观的多元化,多元化的客观现实影响了学校教育活动,也影响了教育活动中的重要参与者教师的思想意识和行为方式。在这样一个价值多元的时代里,教师势必要对自己的角色进行一番新的审视。这是时代的需求,也是促进教师专业化发展的一个必要途径。本研究通过文献阅读和个案访谈两种研究方法,了解到多元价值时代给教师角色带来的困惑,从理论和现实两方面深刻的分析三种教师角色,即社会支配阶级意志的代表者、公共知识分子和自我展示者。在深入分析的基础上,提出了多元价值时代教师的新角色,即教师要有批判精神和理性思维;面对社会大众的期望,教师要量力承担公共知识分子这一角色,面对价值多元,教师要坚定社会真理和正义的价值立场,还要维护自己作为教师的话语权。
[Abstract]:The development of market economy leads to the diversification of social values, the objective reality of diversified influence of school education activities, also influence the ideology and behavior of participants in teacher education activities. In such a multi value era, teachers should in their roles for a new look at it. Is the needs of the times, is a necessary way to promote the professional development of teachers.
Two research methods of this study through the literature reading and case interviews, to understand multi value era has brought to the teachers' role confusion, from two aspects of theory and reality of profound analysis of the three kinds of teacher roles, namely the social dominant class representative of the will, public intellectuals and self display. Based on in-depth analysis, put forward the new role of teachers in multicultural time, teachers should have the spirit of criticism and rational thinking; in the face of public expectation, teachers should choose to assume this role of public intellectuals, in the face of value pluralism, teachers should stand firm social value truth and justice, and maintain your voice as a teacher.
