城市公办学校中农民工子女教育平等问题研究

【摘要】：目前,城市公办学校成为农民工子女就学的主要途径。但是,农民工子女在入学、受教育过程中、取得学业成就等方面均存在机会不平等问题。其根源在于落后的户籍制度和教育制度,农民工子女就学政策的欠缺,以城市为中心的学校教育价值取向以及农民工子女家庭资本的弱势状况。要解决教育平等问题,必须对现行制度进行改革和创新,为农民工子女教育平等提供制度保障;构建平等、多元、无歧的学校教育;改善和提升农民工子女的家庭资本。使农民工子女与城市学生平等地共享教育资源,实现教育公平。
[Abstract]:At present, urban public schools have become the main way for the children of migrant workers to attend school. However, the children of migrant workers have unequal opportunities in the process of entering school and receiving education. Its roots lie in the backward household registration system and education system, the lack of school policy for the children of migrant workers, the value orientation of school education centered on the city and the weak situation of the family capital of the children of migrant workers. In order to solve the problem of educational equality, we must reform and innovate the current system, provide institutional guarantee for the educational equality of migrant workers' children, construct equal, pluralistic and dissimilar school education, and improve and enhance the family capital of migrant workers' children. So that the children of migrant workers and urban students share educational resources on an equal footing, and achieve education equity.
