大学生焦虑易感性—应激模型的实证研究

【摘要】: 目的:(1)建立心境和焦虑症状问卷(MASQ)及相关影响因素量表的中文版,并分析其信度、效度;(2)应用建立的量表在湖南大学生人群中对焦虑的易感性-应激理论模式进行实证分析;(3)探索湖南大学生的焦虑易感性因素,初步构建大学生的易感性-应激整合模型。 方法:(1)相关量表由加拿大McGill大学心理学系Abela教授提供给本研究使用。量表的中文版均经过了反复的翻译及回译。645名大学生完成了量表的初次测量,3-4周后选取其中的120-130人对相关的易感性因素量表进行了重测,6个月后对MASQ进行了追踪测试。信度检验采用Cronbach'sα系数、条目间平均相关系数和重测信度。效度检验包括内容效度和结构效度(总分与各因子分间的相关系数及验证性因素分析)。(2)用多层复回归分析进行焦虑症状的预测分析,并用路径分析和结构方程模型探索和整合了焦虑易感性-应激模型。 结果:(1)MASQ全量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.93,各分量表的Cronbach'sα系数在0.79-0.92之间:量表的条目间平均相关系数为0.17,各分量表的条目间平均相关系数在0.22-0.41之间;全量表的重测内部一致性系数(ICC)为0.70,各分量表的重测内部一致性系数在0.59-0.71之间,且都具有较显著的意义。(2)MASQ总分与其分量表得分有较强的相关(r>0.6),验证性因素分析显示MASQ四因子结构的拟合指数CFI、IFI、GFI都大于或等于0.9,RMSEA的值在0.1以下。(3)易感性因素各量表的信度、效度指标均达到测量学的要求。(4)多层复回归分析显示:神经质人格、负性认知×应激、不安全依恋×应激、神经质人格×应激、社会支持×应激都对焦虑有显著的预测作用,增强了焦虑发作的可能性。(5)路径分析结果表明神经质人格是焦虑的主要促发因素,它直接或间接地作用于焦虑。整合的焦虑易感性-应激模型的结构方程的拟合指数分别为:x~2/df(4.64)、GFI(0.98)、CFI(0.93)、IFI(0.90)、RMSEA(0.07)。 结论:(1)MASQ及相关的焦虑影响因素的各量表都具有较好的同质性信度、重测信度及构想效度。(2)我们提出了焦虑的易感性-应激理论模式,并在大学生样本中进行了试用,结果满意(3)初步建立了一个符合湖南大学生人群的焦虑的易感性-应激的整合模型,为大学生焦虑的防治提供了实证研究的基础。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a Chinese version of MASQ) and analyze its reliability. The validity of the scale was used to analyze the susceptibility and stress model of anxiety in Hunan university students. 3) to explore the factors of anxiety susceptibility of Hunan university students, and to construct the integrated model of susceptibility and stress of college students. Methods the scale was provided by Professor Abela, Department of Psychology, McGill University, Canada. The Chinese version of the scale was repeatedly translated and retranslated. 645 college students completed the first measurement of the scale 3-4 weeks later, 120-130 of them were selected to retest the related susceptibility factors scale, and MASQ was followed up six months later. Cronbachs 伪 coefficient, average correlation coefficient and retest reliability were used in reliability test. The validity test included content validity and structural validity (correlation coefficient between total score and factor score and confirmatory factor analysis). Multiple regression analysis was used to predict anxiety symptoms. Path analysis and structural equation model were used to explore and integrate anxiety susceptibility-stress model. Results the Cronbachs 伪 coefficient of MASQ was 0.93, the Cronbachs 伪 coefficient of each subscale was 0.79-0.92, the average correlation coefficient between items was 0.17, and the average correlation coefficient between items of each subscale was 0.22-0.41. The internal consistency coefficient of the whole scale was 0.70, and the internal consistency coefficient of each subscale was between 0.59-0.71. There was a strong correlation between the total score of MASQ and the score of the subscale. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index CFIIIFIGFI of MASQ four-factor structure was higher than or equal to 0.9 RMSEA below 0.1. Multiple regression analysis showed that neuroticism, negative cognition 脳 stress, unsafe attachment 脳 stress, neurotic personality 脳 stress, social support 脳 stress all had significant predictive effects on anxiety. The results of pathway analysis showed that neurotic personality was the main factor of anxiety, and it acted directly or indirectly on anxiety. The fitting index of the structural equation of the integrated anxiety susceptibility stress model is: 1% XN 2 / dfU 4.64% GFI 0.98 / CFI 0.93% IFI 0.90% RMSEAA 0.07. Conclusion the MASQ and related anxiety influencing factors all have good homogeneity reliability, test-retest reliability and conceive validity. 2) We put forward the susceptibility stress theory model of anxiety, and tried it in college students. Results (3) A predisposing stress-stress integration model was established, which was consistent with the anxiety of college students in Hunan province, and provided the basis for the empirical research on the prevention and treatment of anxiety among college students.
