寄宿制学校家校沟通的问题与对策

【摘要】： 随着人类社会的进步发展,教育领域正在发生深刻而广泛的变化。家庭在学校教育中的地位和作用已引起全世界范围的关注。家庭和学校的沟通成为当今学校教育改革的一个热点研究课题。在我们国家,寄宿制学校的比例正逐年升高。如何实现有效的家校沟通,一直是困扰着寄宿制学校发展的一个难题。 本文着重分析了家校沟通的国内外研究现状,研究了寄宿制学校在家校沟通方面存在的特殊问题,并综合提出了一些改善寄宿制学校家校沟通的对策。旨在推进寄宿制学校的管理者完善学校的家校沟通方式,帮助寄宿制学校教师争取到更为广泛的家长力量,全面提高学生的身心发展水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of human society, profound and extensive changes are taking place in the field of education. The status and role of the family in school education has attracted worldwide attention. Communication between family and school has become a hot topic in the reform of school education. In our country, the proportion of boarding schools is increasing year by year. How to realize effective home-school communication has always been a difficult problem for the development of boarding schools. This paper analyzes the current situation of home and school communication at home and abroad, studies the special problems existing in home and school communication in boarding schools, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve home school communication in boarding schools. The purpose of this paper is to promote the management of boarding schools to improve the ways of communication between schools and schools, to help the teachers of boarding schools to gain more parents' power, and to improve the level of students' physical and mental development in an all-round way.
