为了一切教师的发展——来自基层教师的职业心声与思考

【摘要】: 教育的终极目标是人的发展。对学校教育来讲,人的发展包括学生和教师。在实现经济、政治、文化与学校教育不断融合和相互影响下,学校教育更加注重教育价值的终极取向,注重以人为本和科学发展。在新一轮基础教育课程改革中,“一切为了学生”的理念空前凸显,这显然是学校教育工作的出发点和归宿。但遗憾的是,教育界内外不少人对之理解失之偏颇。我们认为,现代教育实践的发展赋予“一切为了学生”更为深刻的内涵——教师与学生构成一个相互学习、相互促进、协同进步、共同成长的共生体。固然,学校教育应当一切为了学生的发展,但教师发展是教育发展和学生发展的关键,学校的一切教育教学活动都要通过教师能动的、创造性、艺术性的组织来完成。因此,作为社会和政府应当更加关心教师的发展,尤其是在城乡差别比较大的情况下,如何促进教师尤其是基层教师的发展,显得更加重要。从这个角度出发,政府和社会应当考虑“为了一切教师的发展”问题。本研究采用访谈叙事和调查分析等方法,把理论和实际相结合,探讨与了解基层教师的职业心声、职业压力、职业状态、职业需要、职业发展等问题,并提出一系列改革建议。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of education is human development. For school education, human development includes students and teachers. Under the continuous integration and mutual influence of economy, politics, culture and school education, school education pays more attention to the ultimate orientation of educational value, people-oriented and scientific development. In the new round of basic education curriculum reform, the idea of "all for the students" is unprecedented, which is obviously the starting point and destination of the school education work. However, unfortunately, many people inside and outside the educational circle have a biased understanding of it. We believe that the development of modern educational practice endows "everything for students" with a more profound intension-teachers and students form a symbiotic body that learns, promotes, progresses and grows together. Of course, school education should do everything for the development of students, but the development of teachers is the key to the development of education and students. All educational and teaching activities in schools should be accomplished through the active, creative and artistic organization of teachers. Therefore, as the society and the government should pay more attention to the development of teachers, especially in the case of the big difference between urban and rural areas, how to promote the development of teachers, especially grass-roots teachers, is more important. From this point of view, the government and society should consider "for the development of all teachers". This study adopts the methods of interview narration and investigation and analysis, combines theory with practice, probes into and understands the professional aspirations, occupational pressure, professional status, professional needs and career development of teachers at the grass-roots level, and puts forward a series of reform suggestions.
