为教师的专业化发展搭好四座桥

【摘要】：正二十一世纪的教育,对教师的发展提出了比较高的要求,教师的成长,离不开学习和修炼,离不开教育科研,离不开专业化发展。作为县级教科研部门,则要按照教师发展的需要,每年组织一定的培训活动,开展一些比赛项目,搭建专业发展平台,鼓励教师积极参与,为此我们每年均要组织全市性的教师教育教学叙事、案例、论文评比和课题立项、成果评奖等活动,重视教育叙事、科研论文、教学案例的撰写和课题研究的开展,为广大教师的专业化发展搭好四座桥梁。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the development of teachers has put forward higher requirements. The growth of teachers can not be separated from study and practice, education and scientific research, and professional development. As a scientific research department at the county level, according to the needs of teachers' development, it is necessary to organize certain training activities each year, carry out some competition projects, set up professional development platforms, and encourage teachers to actively participate. For this reason, we should organize citywide activities such as teaching narration, case study, thesis evaluation and project establishment, achievement award, etc., and attach importance to the writing of educational narrative, scientific research papers, teaching cases and the development of project research. For the professional development of teachers to build four bridges.
