一种新的学徒学习模式——对认知学徒学习的评介

【摘要】：学徒学习模式在人类历史发展的大多数时期都发挥着重要作用,随着教育普及程度的提高,传统的学徒学习模式(traditional apprenticeship)逐渐显露出不足。认知学徒学习(CA,cognitive apprenticeship)作为TA的新发展应运而生,它主要对内容、方法、序列化因素和社会学影响四个方面进行研究,这四个方面可以构成任一完整的学习环境。CA主要有以下几个优势:情境化学习是实现良好学习效果的有效方式;基于计算机技术的脚手架可以支持更为深入的学习;反思的重要作用是总结和改进已有的学习表现。

With the improvement of education popularization, the traditional apprenticeship learning model (traditional apprenticeship) gradually reveals its deficiency. As a new development of TA, cognitive apprenticeship learning (CA,cognitive apprenticeship) comes into being. It mainly studies the contents, methods, serialization factors and sociological effects. These four aspects can constitute any complete learning environment.
