地方政府教育管理公众满意度测评的实施流程与路径

【摘要】：随着我国行政管理体制改革的逐步推进,"办好人民满意的教育"目标的提出,迫切要求我们建立完善地方政府教育管理公众满意度测评体系。从改进公众满意度测评指标体系、科学设计公众满意度测评问卷、完善公众满意度测评数据信息采集和处理等方面完善地方政府教育公众满意度测评流程,从建立健全测评机制、充分发挥电子政务的优势、大力发展专业性的社会中介组织、完善相关配套措施等路径来实施地方政府教育管理公众满意度测评,对于改善我国地方政府教育管理质量、办好人民满意的教育具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of administrative system reform in China, it is urgent for us to establish and improve the public satisfaction evaluation system of local government education management. Improve the public satisfaction evaluation index system, scientifically design the public satisfaction evaluation questionnaire, improve the public satisfaction evaluation data collection and processing, and improve the local government education public satisfaction evaluation process. From establishing and perfecting the evaluation mechanism, giving full play to the advantages of e-government, vigorously developing professional social intermediary organizations, perfecting the relevant supporting measures, and so on, to implement the public satisfaction evaluation of local government education management. It is of great significance for improving the quality of local government education management and running the education satisfied with the people.
