香港的教育质量保证和学校监督:责任构架、策略及其挑战

【摘要】：本文试对香港地区的教育质量保证和学校监督进行探究,回答了三个重要问题:谁在掌控香港学校的教育质量?香港在学校教育质量保证的过程中采取了哪些重要策略?香港教育质量保证和学校监督的实施及改革是否一帆风顺,遇到了何种挑战?通过分析发现:香港教育质量保证体系"虽优尤险",需要进行细致而透彻的回顾,使政府与实践者之间的信任关系更加巩固,并促使相关工作进一步完善。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explore the quality assurance and school supervision in Hong Kong and answers three important questions: who is in charge of the quality of education in Hong Kong? What are the important strategies adopted by Hong Kong in the process of ensuring the quality of school education? Has the implementation and reform of education quality assurance and school supervision in Hong Kong been smooth, and what challenges have they encountered? Through analysis, it is found that the quality assurance system of Hong Kong is "excellent and dangerous", which needs to be reviewed carefully and thoroughly in order to strengthen the trust relationship between the government and practitioners, and to further improve the relevant work.
