H大学现代远程教育系统研究

【摘要】: 我国普通高校现代远程教育发展中存在一起一落的巨大反差。对普通高校现代远程教育教育中存在问题的相关研究,到目前为止还只是停留于现象层面的具体问题的经验总结和分析。以系统论为方法指导研究H大学现代远程教育个案具有较强的代表性、研究上的可行性和较强的理论研究价值和实践意义。本研究试图从远程教育的基本理论出发,结合系统的理论方法,整合出一个现代远程教育系统的概念模型,以此为依托建立考察的基本框架,进而考察H大学现代远程教育系统,探寻存在的问题,进而探讨相关的解决办法。 本研究在对H大学现代远程教育的组织管理子系统、传播呈现子系统、媒体资源子系统的现实构成进行个案描述的基础上,对系统从内部关系(包括子系统及子系统之间的关系)和外部关系(包括系统与其他高校现代远程教育系统、社会企业界、政府部门的联系)方面进行分析,发现:H大学现代远程教育系统是一个具有二个层级、经历了“一元——二元——一元”结构演变的现代远程教育系统,系统在内部实行资源的共享而不共建,系统引入外部社会资源,但与其他高校远程教育系统之间缺乏联系,在业内呈现出相当的封闭性;这种现代远程教育系统的基本架构,存在的问题很明显,一是二级架构难以维持大规模办学,二是结构二元化的后果严重,三是本部建设任务繁重,四是网络带宽资源紧张,五是引入的资源服务难以到位,六是校外学习中心的办学效益存在问题。 建议根据现有的条件,对目前的系统进行整合改造,以实现规模与质量控制、系统建设与资源共享的多赢:一是对系统的现有结构进行调整,设立多个层次;二是加强与其他高校现代远程教育系统的联系,实现直接或间接形式的资源共建共享;三是根据多层级的系统架构,建构多层级的传播呈现子系统;四是加强与成熟的图书发行系统的合作联系,保证解决实物形态媒体资源的及时到位。
[Abstract]:There is a great contrast in the development of modern distance education in colleges and universities in China. Up to now, the research on the existing problems in modern distance education in colleges and universities is only a summary and analysis of the concrete problems at the phenomenon level. Under the guidance of system theory, the case study of modern distance education in H University has strong representativeness, feasibility, theoretical research value and practical significance. This study attempts to integrate a conceptual model of modern distance education system based on the basic theory of distance education and the theoretical method of the system. Then the modern distance education system of H University is investigated, the existing problems are explored, and the relevant solutions are discussed. Based on the case study of the organization and management subsystem, communication and presentation subsystem, media resource subsystem of modern distance education in H University, this study describes the case study. The system is analyzed from the aspects of internal relationship (including the relationship between subsystems and subsystems) and external relations (including the system and modern distance education system of other colleges and universities, social and business circles, government departments). It is found that the modern distance education system of H University is a modern distance education system which has two levels and has undergone the evolution of the structure of "univariate-dual-monistic". The system introduces the external social resources, but lacks the connection with the distance education system of other colleges and universities, so it is quite closed in the industry. The problems in the basic structure of this modern distance education system are obvious: first, it is difficult for the secondary structure to maintain large-scale running schools; second, the consequences of the dualization of the structure are serious; third, the construction task of this part is heavy; and fourth, the network bandwidth resources are tight. Fifth, the introduction of resources and services are difficult to achieve, and sixth, there are problems in the efficiency of the off-campus learning center. It is suggested that the current system should be integrated and reformed according to the existing conditions in order to achieve scale and quality control, system construction and resource sharing: first, adjust the existing structure of the system and set up multiple levels; The second is to strengthen the connection with the modern distance education system of other colleges and universities to realize the direct or indirect form of resources co-construction and share, the third is to construct a multi-level communication and presentation subsystem according to the multi-level system structure. The fourth is to strengthen the cooperation with the mature book distribution system to ensure the timely implementation of the physical form of media resources.
