教师叙事研究的三个保障条件

【摘要】:正教师叙事研究作为一种研究方法,已经成为教师专业发展的重要途径,教师叙事研究有助于教师研究素养的形成。然而在当前教育现实中,时间资源的缺乏,理论素养的不足等制约着教师的叙事研究,本文拟从这个角度提出教师进行叙事研究的三个保证条件:自由充足的时间,一定的教育理论基础以及建立交流教师叙事研究成果的平台。
[Abstract]:As a research method, teachers' narrative research has become an important way for teachers' professional development. Teachers' narrative research is helpful to the formation of teachers' research accomplishment. However, in the current educational reality, the lack of time resources, the lack of theoretical literacy and other constraints on teachers' narrative research, this paper proposes three guarantee conditions for teachers to carry out narrative research: free and sufficient time, The foundation of educational theory and the platform of exchanging the research results of teacher narrative.
