建构主义理论视角下高中英语词汇教学研究

  词汇是语言学习的重要因素之一,是构成语言的重要材料,没有词汇就没有语言。在一门外语学习中,词汇教学占据着至关重要的地位,学好一门语言,关键在于掌握这门语言大量的相关词汇。然而,在我国高中英语教学中,词汇教学一直以来都处于比较落后的状态,长期困扰着师生的教学。而随着新课程改革的启动与深入开展,新课标对高中英语词汇教学又有了进一步较高的要求。首先,新课标要求学生掌握的词汇量显著增加,高中学生在毕业前需要掌握的词汇由原先的2000个左右常用词汇增加至3300个左右的单词和400-500个习惯用语或固定搭配。其次,新课标更加注重学生对单词的运用,强调从用的角度出发学习词汇。这对高中学生提出了更高一步的要求,也对教师提出了严峻的考验,怎样才能摆脱传统单词教学存在的问题,找出相应的解决对策变得十分必要。为响应教育改革,适应现代素质教育的需要,教师必须更新教学观念,改进教育方法和教学手段,从传统的以教师为中心的课堂模式转化为以学生为中心,学生在课堂中占积极主动地位的课堂模式,调动学生的积极性与主动性,注重学生各方面的发展与培养,使学生真正成为课堂的主角。建构主义是20世纪80年代以来兴起的一种科学理...
