A Study on the Translation of the Compilation of Teaching Ad

　　随着改革开放的日益深入，国际社会对中国的关注与日俱增，法律文本作为对外宣传的重要材料，其翻译的重要性也日益凸显。本文讨论的是西安翻译学院委托的《教学管理制度汇编》汉英翻译项目，总字数共计37万余字。通过对该项目过程和译文案例的分析，重点探讨功能对等理论视角下规章制度的翻译策略以及此类文本翻译项目中译者如何通过语言转换技巧实现译文的准确性、易读性和交际功能。通过使用文献研究、案例分析、写翻译日志等方法，本文旨在表明译者需要对翻译这种跨文化交流活动有全面的理解。笔者通过对原语特点的解读和对译文的功能、目的和译文的语言定位的分析提出规章制度翻译的基本原则和技巧。在翻译过程中，注重意义的引申和具体化，使用增补、省略、替代等技巧；通过对句群的拆分和整合确保译文的准确流畅，对长句翻译进行顺译法、逆译法、拆译法，并根据不同部分的文本类型处理人称、语气、情感等方面的问题。笔者期待在此类文本的翻译处理和小型团队项目的运作两方面为翻译工作者提供一些借鉴。
