知识管理视域下数字化笔记工具的比较研究

【摘要】：随着计算机技术和网络技术的快速发展，人类已全面进入信息社会。针对伴随而来的海量信息，众多用于知识管理的数字化笔记本工具应运而生，其中最常用并且性价比最高的就是数字化笔记本工具。但是各数字化笔记本工具功能侧重点不尽相同，对于不熟悉或者不经常使用此类工具的个人或者组织来说，如何快速找到适合自己的笔记工具是一个亟待解决的问题。 在目前的信息技术技术条件下,个人进行知识管理可以充分利用各种主流软件或者使用简便的辅助小工具。企业或者组织对于知识管理的要求比较高，可以运用专业的知识管理公司提供的软件与服务。本文主要介绍的是用于知识管理的一种常见工具——数字化笔记本，它包括：百会笔记本、谷歌doc在线文档、OneNote笔记本、Evernote笔记本。 本文分别从知识管理的五个维度（知识学习、知识保存、知识使用、知识共享、知识创新），对各数字化笔记本工具在知识管理中的作用进行了全面比较，提出了信息化条件下知识管理的新方法和新途径，为知识管理最优化提供理论指导和方法借鉴，最终促进知识创新及社会进步。本文主要从以下三个方面进行论述。 深入分析知识管理的五个维度，对各数字化笔记工具功能特点进行全面比对并得出结论。 从个人知识管理和集体知识管理两个层次，详细阐述数字化笔记工具在知识管理中的具体应用；运用比对分析结果，论述如何运用数字化笔记工具以达到知识高效共享和有效创新。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, mankind has entered the information society. With the mass of information for many, for digital notebook tools of knowledge management came into being, which is the most commonly used and the highest price is the digital notebook tools. But the digital notebook tools function different, not for individual or organization familiar with or without the use of such tools often, how to quickly find the note taking tool is a problem to be solved.
In the condition of information technology at present, personal knowledge management can make full use of all kinds of mainstream software or use the auxiliary gadget simple. Enterprise or organization is relatively high for the requirements of knowledge management, can use knowledge management software and services company providing professional. This paper is mainly introduced for a common digital notebook tool knowledge management includes: Baihui notebook, Google doc online documentation, OneNote laptop, Evernote laptop.
This paper from the five dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge learning, knowledge storage, knowledge service, knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation, the digital notebook) tool in the knowledge management of a comprehensive comparison, put forward under the condition of information knowledge management of new methods and new ways to provide theoretical guidance and methods for knowledge management optimization of reference, and ultimately promote the knowledge innovation and social progress. This paper mainly discusses from the following three aspects.
The five dimensions of knowledge management are analyzed in depth, and the functional characteristics of each digital note taking tool are compared and the conclusions are drawn.
From the two levels of personal knowledge management and collective knowledge management, the specific application of digital note taking tools in knowledge management is elaborated in detail. Based on the results of comparative analysis, how to use digital note taking tools to achieve efficient knowledge sharing and effective innovation is discussed.
